Delivery time

The delivery times of the offered articles are divided into three categories

Ready to ship

The products are in stock Henstedt-Ulzburg in stock and ready to ship within 24-72 hours.

Delivery time 5-10 days

Articles we assemble / procure for you are usually available within 5-10 working days.

Delivery time> 10 days

Articles with a delivery / production time greater than 10 days will be confirmed in a separate email with the appointment.

Information

Please note that for prepayment orders with the assembly / procurement of your ordered items can only be started after receipt of payment.

shipping

The dispatch takes place by parcel service, own vehicle fleet or forwarding agency. The costs for packaging and insurance are borne by the provider. You are welcome to pick up the goods in our warehouse Henstedt-Ulzburg.

Delivery terms

EXW

The orders are prepared for you and prepared for shipping. Upon request, we will report the shipments to a freight forwarder of your choice.

FCA

The orders are provided for you, packed and prepared for shipping incl. Required export papers. Upon request, we will report the shipments to a freight forwarder of your choice.

DPA

We deliver to the countries mentioned below by parcel service / freight forwarding below the mentioned freight release limit at the stated freight costs. Euro pallets, pallet boxes and other exchangeable shipping packages will be charged at cost price if they are not exchanged free of charge upon delivery.
