ADDEV Materials announces the acquisition of HLC Aviation GmbH, a Germany-based distributor of chemicals products, adhesives and painting accessories for aerospace, further strengthening its European Aerospace & Defense platform. Four months after Naxicap Partners’ investment in ADDEV Materials, this acquisition marks a first tangible success of the partnership, reinforcing the Group’s aerospace strategy and continuing its established track record of targeted acquisitions.
HLC Aviation is headquartered in Hamburg, one of Europe’s leading MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) hubsfor aerospace, and serves a blue-chip customer base including Airbus and Lufthansa Technik.The company is EN 9120 certified and operates logistics platforms in Germany (Hamburg and Munich) and France (Toulouse), enabling close operational support for OEMs and MRO players.Over the years, the company has also built strong partnerships with leading suppliers such as 3M, Tesa and PPG.This acquisition reinforces ADDEV Materials’ footprint in Germany and enhances its proximity to key aerospace OEMs and MRO customers, while expanding its value-added product portfolio, particularly in painting accessories.
